The company maintains long-term cooperative relationships with world-class chemical enterprises such as Wacker and BASF. The raw materials, including emulsions and powder rubber, are all carefully selected and imported from Germany. In addition, multiple world-leading experimental testing equipment and several advanced domestic automated production lines have been introduced from Germany, the United States, and Singapore. The production equipment operates in strict accordance with the ISO9001 and ISO14001 management systems to optimize operating conditions, increase production efficiency, save energy and reduce consumption. The annual output has reached over 50,000 tons.

Since the establishment of the standardized production workshop, we have fully automated fiber spinning, hair implanting, and metal support production lines. With a 35,000㎡ factory area, we produce 100,000 sets of paint tools per day. We have a large stock of goods in stock and can deliver large orders stably. During peak seasons, we never delay the delivery date. We have an independent raw material workshop where we independently produce fibers, plastic handles, and metal supports.
